BHB DWELLING HOUSE DESCRIPTIVE

1. THE PARTIAL PRIME CONTRACTING

 

Composition :

2. THE CONSTRUCTIVE KIT

 

Kit composition : CL4 treated pine

  • The brassed wooden frame walls, assembled in factory, 45x95mm frame in accordance with DTU
  • The « traditional » framework, BHB fabrication
  • The 75/100ème anticyclonic sheet metal cover or anti-UV rubber flexible membrane
  • The outside carpentries in tropical wood with ventilated air space or lacquered aluminium, and the tropical wood shutters which are anticyclonics
  • The communicative doors in solid pine
  • All the plastering (in Fermacell gypse plate) : the cellings, the heat shields and the internal divisional bulkheads assembled on laths and all the little supplies
  • The celling insulation in PSE thikness 50mm,  R=1,5m².K/W
  • The transit to the construction site in containers

 

3. THE FITTING OPERATION OF THE KIT

 

Topping-out, airtightness, by BHB :

  • The bottom plates laying and the wall pannels anchoring
  • The laying of the outer sealing, rain cap, and carpentry
  • The laying of the isolated roof pannels
  • The laying of the roof laths, sheet metal, dry ridge and the zinc work
  • The cladding layout with ventilated blaide of air
  • The doubling plastering layout
  • The finishing touches : two layers of white acrylic matte paint on plasterworks and wood stain on woodwork

 

Co-treatment lots (by our partner network) :

  • The foundations and the reinforced concrete slab are always on flat ground, in topsoil
  • The elecrticity (VIVRELEC norm)
  • The plumbing, including toilet block and clean-up
  • The tilies, including the ceramic wall tiling
  • The sanitary and solar hot water

 

NOTA : The damage works guarantee decree a G22-AVP surface soil investigation and a reinforced concrete study which are responsability of customer as well as VRD lots and levelling.
